This seems to be a Refractor card to me. I may be using the wrong term. Whatever it is, it uses the same picture as other versions of the card in the 2015 Bowman set but I can't find a version with a "sparkly" finish. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

Definitely a parallel, and I believe based on the look that you've got a Rainbow Silver Ice there.

I was going to say it looks a lot like what Panini calls Cracked Ice.
