Silly, quick question, and I know by the time I could even get back to this someone will have probably already done it, hopefully correctly. Doing some quick team verification before work this morning, and I came across this set. I was particularly looking at the Olympic Medal Commemorative Relic insert sets. I had been marking them "No Team" but then I came across this card. After looking at it, I'm wondering if they should all be listed as USA? Usually I would think medals on cards would be listed as no team, but it does specifically say "United States" on it. Thoughts?

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

Makes sense to me. If the medallion had a Packers logo, I'm sure it would get linked to the Packers. Seems a Team USA logo would work the same way.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

David's so right, he had to say it twice.
I agree - Team USA.

I agree, if there is no specific team listed on the card but there is a logo I would list it as the team of the logo, in this case Team USA.

Not directly related but I have a question about the No Team designation. If you mark a checklist as No Team for example, does that actually show when you pull up a set? Will it remove it from the cards needing teams in my collection?

Thanks Dan. I’ve never noticed it before but can’t say I was ever looking for it either.
