Has anyone come across any 1989 15-card cello packs? I recently got some loose 1989 wax packs, and mixed in was what appeared to be a standard, 15-card wax pack, though the wrapper was cello. I've never seen this. Anyone have any info on those? Thanks.

I've seen them referred to as "MIchigan" test packs. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Any idea how rare the Michigan Test packs are? Value? Thanks.
