I have several questions about this years Hobby box.

1. According to Cardbord the Hoby boxes were to come with ad panels is rthis right ?

2. How come the hoby box doesn't say hoby on the box this year. ?

3. I pulled a blue border card of David Price but is doesn't have a SS on the back are there two different types of Parreal cards one with SS and without ?

#1. The Hobby Box comes with a "Box Topper" which may include one of several different items including (I believe) a poster, 1968 Topps 50th Anniversary Buyback, ad panel, or maybe a couple of other things.

#2. Dunno.

#3.  The blue-boardered, yellow-backs, grey-backs, and flip-stock cards are available in limited quanities for all of the 1-500 cards.  However, none of these are serialized.  The serialized parallels are available in the refractors in several variations and only come of the Rookie Stars and SP (400-500) cards.  Supposedly, the Blue Border cards are /50, but not serialized as I understand it.

I thought so, but my Hobby box had no add panel in the box, I don't even think it was a hobby box anyway didn't say hobby on the box.
