One Speed Racer set has and, the other has %. Which is correct?

They're two separate things. The package has "and". Found out it's a duplicate of this set already listed. Who ever created the dupe set didn't realize it already existed, probably due to the set name.

https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/134864/2008-PGM-Speed-Racer; this one has 44% of images uploaded. So keep it and delete the duplicate which has no images.

Once that gets corrected we can correct the name from "PGM Speed Racer" to "Speed Racer Classic and Next Generation".
