Is this a miss print???

Does anyone know if this is a miss print or something else from the 1999 UpperDeck 10th Anniversary Team? It has no marking on the front! Thanks for the help! ------------------------------- GO Braves!

Not a misprint, just a misfoil. It missed the foiling process during printing. These types of printing glitches are not catalogued on the database. Edited on: Jan 4, 2020 - 8:31AM ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Also looks like it has some significant damage there by the helmet (when compared to the other cards). This probably wasn't even supposed to get past the dumpster.

As a side note, at Star, we literally tore the cards in half before they hit the dumpsters to avoid junk like this from getting into the hobby. Didn't stop all of it (and I certainly can't vouch for all of it), but I know we destroyed tens of thousands of cards. I figured the other companies did the same.
