Missing definitions in the glossary are B1, C1, A2, and such. Guessing the A,B,C, etc are for the insertion ratio, and the 1 and 2 is for which series. I think the back of the packs may have shown what the odds were for the various letters, untortunately, those who scanned packaging didn't scan the backs.
