1992 Bowman Baseball Forum

Hi all.  I just completed my 1992 Bowman set, however my Basic Set is listed as 99% complete.  I believe this is because I have 614b instead of 614a.  Am I correct in thinking that this is an error and I should file an inaccuracy report?  I would expect the Basic Set to be 100% with either 614a or 614b and that the 100% Master Set needs both.

I just did that and my Basic Set is still 99% complete and now my Master set is 100%.  Weird.  It seems it is not possible to have a 100% 1992 Bowman Basic Set.   

It's defintiely a set thing. I have both versions of that card. The Basic set shows me one off being complete (704/705) but my master set at 706/706.

I am seeing this in my 1978 topps set that i just finally pulled the trigger on a low grade nolan ryan.  It was frustertrating to see it at 99.9% becuase of the bump willis error.  I believe it has to do with the a version being the error and the b version being corrected.  

I believe it has to do with the Pat Clements UER. There are two #553's and no #533, so when it counts the basic set it only counts 1 of the #553's. I'm not sure how this is corrected, but I'm sure it can be. 1991 Fleer Ultra has a similar issue but it counts correctly.

Any set like this, submit an IR explaining where the count is off (e.g. two #123s due to a misnumbering error) and we'll send it over to Admin to fix. He's done a few of these over the past month or so.
