We have 12 sets listed for 1984 Cramer. 1 is a glossy version of another, and 1 is a single-A team. I beieve the other 10 are actually 1 set. If you look at the numbering, it is a 250 card set of PCL teams. None of the 10 sets however include # 194 or 217, but none of the other numbers are repeated.

I would say the same for 1985 and 1986. In 1985 the 10 sets are all exactly 25 cards making a 250 card set of PCL teams.
