If you have an uncut sheet, which it sounds like you do, I STRONGLY advise you NOT to cut them! I've been going to card shows for more than 20 years, and built an NBA collection over 70,000 different cards, and I've not only never seen an uncut sheet for the set, I've never even heard of any existing. I can't say for sure it's the only one left...but it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case, either.
My suggestion, is to just get the loose cards...they aren't that hard to find, especially with Ebay and the internet. Only one of them is expensive, but it's not rare. Most of them can be had for under $5 USD.
Although I'm a collector and not a seller, you could sell the uncut sheet to a big money collector, and use the funds from that to buy each of the cards, including the key Magic/Bird card, would be my guess. Uncut sheets have always been out of my price range...(and I did a box of Exqusite collection!)
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
