1995-96 Collector's Choice Basketball Forum

Note the back logo and text.  My guess is this is from an English I set, but possibly it could be a variation that was changed at some point in the base set printing process.  Seems to be much less common than the "new logo" version.

Where is it listed?

This is known among error & variation collectors as an 'unmarked promo' and many of them are not listed in any of the annual guides (Beckett or SCD). There are tons of them in the junk era and they often are only discernible by minor design changes, TM/© variances, photo cropping differences, etc. 

Mike Cady is such a collector of them and he continued Dick Gilkeson's E&V guide. The Kemp, along with many others like it, is listed there.

Also, Kemp was an Upper Deck spokesman at the time.
