2021 Topps Big League Baseball Forum

Looks like there is a Green Foil - #/75 parallel set as well. Went looking since I pulled one and didn't see them listed.

Not the last release of 2021 after all. Topps Chrome Platinum releases in late May.  With RC logos on guys who will have over 200 games under their belt at that point.  I refuse to believe this nonsense is Covid-related anymore.

I am still confused over the fact that they released 2021 Bowman's Best with a base card of Wander Franco with no RC logo.  We also have not designated this card on the TCDB as a RC either.  His 2022 cards all have the RC logo and also we have them tagged as RC here as well.

I am pretty sure the criteria for RC was that it is their first base card in a major release.  It's something that I am kind of shocked hasn't been discussed on here more.  I think it was mentioned a couple times but no one really talked about it.  

I believe the RC logo is a Topps thing, while Bowman is stuck with the "1st Bowman" imprint.

If cards released in April and May are still labeled as the previous year, it seems like a real inconsistency.  I mentioned it in another thread, but the Topps Debut sets for the years 1989-1991 (released in spring 1990-1992) are designated on here and Beckett as the year when they were actually released, not the year as labeled by Topps.  So shouldn't the Topps Chrome Platinum and Big League sets be as well?
