Are these short prints ?

According to Beckett (emphasis is mine):

"This 250-card set features borderless color action player images printed on 20 pt. stock with holographic foil stamping and was distributed in eight-card packs with a suggested retail price of $2.59. The backs carry information about the player and career statistics. The second series contained the subset "Team SkyBox" that was inserted into packs at a rate of one in four."

Thanks, i was noticing most of the cards I'm missing are Team Skybox.
