Check the card numbers on the Promo and the Base.
Regarding the prices...let's see if I can get this posted before the usual barrage of comments regarding site pricing. Here's the thing about site prices, especially for sets like this. About a year ago, maybe a little longer, the pricing structure on this site underwent a total overhaul. Several members worked very diligently to present feasible courses of actions to Admin to get the pricing thing under control as much as possible. This is why you now must submit several valid and verifiable prices before receiving the ability to submit prices without supervision, for lack of a better term.
Before this review system was put in place, pricing on this site was the wild wild west. Anyone could come along and put in whatever price they wanted for any card. Some did it accidentally, trying to add the price to just their card. Some did it to overinflate the value of their own collection, whether for their own personal satisfaction or to scam others on this site (if you get scammed for thousands of dollars of 1989 Pro Set football cards, that's your own fault, but I digress). And some just did it because they wanted to put down big numbers, I guess.
Anyway, once the overhaul happened, the old prices were left. I assume there was no feasible way to efficiently wipe them out. Regarding removing prices, it is one thing to not remove old prices because the market has changed in the last six months and the hot rookie that had a card sell for $50 is now selling for $20. That's part of the historical market swing, and the $50 should stay, even after the price dropping by over half. It is a totally seperate thing to ask for price removal because they are completely unrealistic and not even remotely close to anything that was ever paid. I would recommend doing some research if you see something that seems wildly overpriced (check eBay sold values, and even current asking prices on eBay and COMC can give you an idea if something is unrealistic or maybe just slightly off), and then submitting that information for reference purposes when reporting an unrealistic price.
Hope this helps!
Edit to add that I don't offer the price removal information as means to convince someone to go through and start removing "unrealistic prices". At the end of the day, I do believe it's an Admin decision - I'm pretty sure that not even Level 8 members can remove prices - which means you may not even get the price removed, and it also means that I doubt Admin is going to want to be inundated with requests to remove prices. I just simply want to point out the difference between asking for legitimate removal and asking for removal because you are trying to make the site prices reflect "real time values".
I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.
