The reverse side is completely blank, and the item is quite thin unlike normal card stock. I would think it was an unlicensed sticker except for the "Upper Deck" across the top. I did a filter search on Dan Marino/Upper Deck and found no matching picture. Using a Google image search I found a similar item: https://www.ebay.com/itm/165253052675?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28

Thanks for both replies. Didn't think to check Collector;s Choice with no logo or other printing.
