Firstly, I appreciate that someone took the time to create the set and its check list, so thanks for that. There is not a lot easy information about this set out there.
However I think there should be some discussion on modifying it.
I have a bunch of cards from this "set" that are not listed and that extend beyond 2016.
It seems that there are at least one or two cards issued for most years from 1998-2023.
Each year's issue looks similar, but the television company's logo and moniker changes over the years:
- 1998-2002ish - "Fox Sports Net" logo
- 2005-2007ish - "FSN Midwest" logo
- 2008- ?? "FS Midwest" logo
- 2018-2020ish - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2020ish-now - "Bally Sports Midwest" logo
Would it be very difficult to split this into multiple sets for each year that can be verified?

Glad you brought this up because I wasn't aware this was added and I have a card from this "set". First I want to ask: do you have cards from before 2016 that aren't listed? Just asking to clarify if the checklist is incomplete as far as prior to 2016.
I don't care for these multi year sets spanning multiple years, in this case 3 different decades, but that's my preference. As for my suggestion, I would think the "set" should be split by the eras the logos differed. Especially if there are more cards that aren't yet listed.
The one card I got was from Listia, so maybe you can answer something for me- were these stadium giveaways and how were they done? Were they 1 card or like a pack? Was these available to buy at their team store? Outside of Listia and COMC I've never seen these cards and wouldn't mind picking some more up at some point so just a little curious.

Here is the 'checklist' that I can verify.
All cards are NNO,
- 1998 - Mark McGwire - "Fox Sports Net Midwest" logo
- 1999 - Mark McGwire - "Fox Sports Net" logo
- 2002 - Albert Pujols - "Fox Sports Net" logo
- 2003 - Scott Rolen - "Fox Sports Net" logo
- 2005 - Larry Walker - "FSN Midwest" logo
- 2007 - Tony LaRussa - different "FSN Midwest" logo
- 2009 - Albert Pujols - "FS Midwest" logo
- 2010 - Adam Wainwright - "FS Midwest" logo
- 2011 - Yadier Molina - "FS Midwest" logo
- 2012 - David Freee - "FS Midwest" logo
- 2013 - Matt Holliday - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2014 - Matt Carpenter - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2015 - Kolten Wong - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2016 - Trevor Rosenthal - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2017 - Carlos Martinez - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2018 - Paul DeJong - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo
- 2019 - Miles Mikolas - "Fox Sports Midwest" logo

I have in hand both Pujols cards, Rolen, LaRussa, Rosenthal, Martinez, DeJong, Mikolas, and Goldschmidt.
Honestly I dont have more information than that. I do believe they were giveaways at the stadium, but I cant verify that. Most of them are available on Ebay. I cannot find any evidence of the Jim Edmonds card or the "World Champions" card from the existing checklist.

... Also, they all look identical apart from the FSN/Fox Sports logos. The only card with a different design is the 2023 Bally Sports Midwest Goldschmidt. It looks to me like the design was changed for this year (perhaps the first post-pandemic issue, also possibly the first "Bally" issue) but it could also be part of some other set.

The back of each card is also extremely similar. Cardinal logo and player name on top. 4-5 bullet pointed facts about the player (w/ different headers: "Background Highlights" or "Career Hightights" etc.
On the bottom of the back, there is no copyright info or year, but there is a blurb that says "This is the Xth in a series of limited-edition trading cads published by the St. Louis Cardinals and *tv company name*. Photo by xyz"
The above is true for the 2023 Bally Goldschmidt card also, although the design (font/color/etc) is changed.

The 2023 Ballys Goldschmidt says it is the 27th card in the set, providing evidence there are 7 or so cards existing that are not in the current checklist or in my list above.

Nice. I have the first Pujols card. I knew the cards were mostly the same aside from the logo. At the least this checklist needs the numbers changed to NNO. With only a couple cards per year, I'm not sure if it would serve much purpose splitting the set. At least just my opinion.

Since the checklist seems to presumably grow every year, I guess it would either have to be split into yearly sets or somehow not marked as having a year which I’m not sure is a thing.
