2006 Merrick Mint Feel the Game Gold Sculpted Cards Football Forum

Hey guys, can anyone help me figure out what set or card this is? I'm switching from Beckett Organize to TCDB, and this is the first one I haven't been able to find on here. 

In Beckett it is listed as: 2006 Merrick Mint Feel the Game Gold Scuplted Cards #1 Brett Favre

It has 2006 on the back lower left hand corner, hard to see in the picture, but haven't found anything for 2006 Merrick Mint. I tried searching card number 1 like Beckett had, and NNO as it doesn't have a number on the back.
