I cant fint the redemtioncards listed here

It says "This card entitles you to a limited-edition 94-95 Gold Line Pro Debut Rookie Card"

Would you happen to remember if these came on the Canadian packs or American? I had bought a few of the Canadian boxes and I'll have to check later, but I do remember seeing these inserts.
