too mush space at the top of the card and Stadium-Club not on the gray

Yes, the foil that is the name banner was applied incorrectly causing that to happen. Print flaw.

I'd argue that the foil was applied correctly and the name banner was in the wrong spot. 
Potato potatoe. Still a print flaw.

The name banner is foil, the name is created by the absence of foil (like a stencil) and allows the background to show.
