The good thing is that if something is put on here wrong, it can always be changed later if proof shows up to contradict what information we have. If a user can't make the change, an Admin can. I recently came upon an error in a checklist, where somebody added a checklist from a reputable website, but I actually had the cards, so I spotted the error, reported it to Admin, and Admin fixed it. The key (in my mind) is getting the checklist on here as accurately as possible. Then people who actually have the cards can add their knowledge, their scans, etc., but not until there is a checklist on here first. Getting ALL of the correct information may end up being a group effort. Others may disagree with my opinion. I'm not advocating making mistakes intentionally, nor copying Beckett checklists with bad abbreviations in hopes that someone else corrects it later, but I know that you, ranfordfan, are very thorough and wouldn't add something unless you truly believed it was correct.
I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
