I obtained this card recently. It appears to be a standard silver Virtual Velocity card, but has a gold signature on the front. Curious about its origin? I don't recall this being an insert in Series One '96 UD.

That looks like a mule to me.

It appears to be the same foil stamp that was used on these Press Pass cards:

Now that Press Pass is out of business, someone could have acquired the tool to add that imprint to any card they want to.

Those Press Pass foil signatures from that era peel off cards surprisingly easy, and stay intact.
