So something similar to this was posted about the 2000 Royal Rookies set, but I wanted to throw this line out there too, regarding card #99 in this set, for Ralf Mojsiejenko. Somehow they managed to spell his last name right but not his first name, which I have marked with "ERR" in Note (as I'm quite sure it was never corrected) and "First name misspelled 'Ralph'" in Note2. If that isn't correct, let me know so I can adjust that.
My big question is regarding the back of the card. It lists his hometown as Bridgman, Michigan, but spelled incorrectly ("Bridgeman"). Should this error be noted? If so, how should it be? Should I use a slash or semi-colon in Note2 to explain it as well? Or are we not concerned with details that fine?
This card arrived Saturday and put me at 18/26 Mojsiejenko cards down, with my year-end goal being to get all 26 cards before January 1. If anyone has a lead on the 1990 Pro Set Cincinnati card or his 1989 UK Panini Sticker I would appreciate it. And as always, thanks in advance for your help on this matter.
Jason

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

Note 1 should be UER if it was never corrected. UER = Uncorrected Error. Note 2 is fine.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I corrected all of it. If any other members think it should be different, post here and/or change it.
It's not an ERR if there was never a COR version, so David is right that it should be UER. But, it should be noted that the hometown is misspelled and I added that to Note2.

Whoops - can you tell I was on the road for 5 hours yesterday? :D
I promise I knew that it should be UER, but just wasn't thinking when I did it. Thanks for the help guys!

Note 2 needs to begin with "UER:", I added it.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

"It takes a village."
As of right now, it is done correctly, as the guidelines state.

So when noting an error in the Note2 field, it should always begin with either ERR or UER, to identify the content in Note2? Same with different memorabilia, I presume? (Referring to if Note is MEM and the set has different relics, such as "bat" "jersey" or "pants" for example).

And on the corrected cards "COR:" (with a colon) needs to be in Note 2, but no need to explain the correction. This will cause the CardNum secondary field to open for adding the "a", "b", etc to the card numbers.

Only required "prefixes" in Note2:
For descriptions of anything else, no "prefix" is needed.
