1997 New Pinnacle Printing Plates Question

Quick question: what is the 201st card, "NNO Checklist", on all of the eight printing plate parallels? Everything I've seen is the set has front and back printing plates for the 200 base cards and every insert (78 total), but nothing about an unnumbered "Checklist" plate. ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *

It was probably laziness on whoever uploaded the checklists (before the set change logs were implemented) or somebody not realizing it. Seems safe to simply remove those.
