The card number PW18, which is part of the Gold Cup ' 94, appears to not have the gold foil logo on front. I can supply a front of this card if needed.

Sounds like one of two things happened. It either the foil wasn't properly applied during the printing process or it rubbed off over time. Both issues are common for this era of cards. Regardless, it is not an error or variation so you will not find it listed here.

You have misunderstood my post. The sample on the TCDb does not show the logo.  I have one that does and can post a new image when it is ok to do so.

Someone posted an image of the base card rather than the Gold Cup parallel.  I put in an IR to get it removed.

Apologies. You can reverse part of my statement. The one that is uploaded is misfoiled. Submit an IR stating that the current image is wrong, missing the foil, and say that you can upload a proper scan. Once the current ones are removed the slot will be open to upload good ones.

The incorrect image has been removed. You can upload the correct scan now.
