I just opened 2 boxes of Hot Shots I that I recently purchased. 72 packs of 12 cards per pack. 864 cards. The complete set is 432 cards. Perfect collation would produce 2 complete sets with no duplicates left over. Of course that is not realistic for any box of any set of cards. 293 cards of this set, I received ZERO cards. ZERO!! That is 68% of the set. WTF! I received at least 1 of 139 cards (32%). Here are the most “popular” duplicates that they decided to give me:

These 21 cards make up 40% of all the cards that I received. It has been almost 30 years since I stopped collecting cards. I recently decided to dig up the cards that have been in storage for decades and get back in the game. I wanted to relive those memories of opening packs, sorting cards, building sets. This is a rude awakening for me.
