I somehow got this card and only bought about 4 retail packs of Topps 2008 flagship set and 2 packs of the kickoff set.

I never knew this set existed. Back in 2008, I bought a couple packs of 2008 Topps Flagship and 2008 Topps Kickoff. It has to come from one of them. I had it with the Kickoff cards, and I never really sorted them back in 08, I kept everything with the packs they came in. The flagship set has a turn back the clock insert set, so I assumed I botched something and put them in the flagship set based on this post. I may have jumped the gun. I really think I pulled them from 2008 Kickoff.
