Have you read the back? I doubt that's a real card - likely someone made their own & "aged" the corners. Also, it's rather convenient that Wild Card promos don't have foiling or the hologram, so DIY projects like this are easy to make.

The backs of the other two cards in the promo set (that have scans) are almost as ridiculous.
