Should the letters of the patch be in the name links or in Note 2? 

Not in the name field. I've seen them put in Note and Note2.  

for them like Alfred Blue, the first player,, note 1 should have AU, MEM SN75.. note 2 Var: T.... that's been the conistancy there. Ive also seen the person name and letter.. IE:  Alfred Blue - T , then you have to link the card to the player. easier to do it the first way

• Name - Name only - no extra characters or letters
• Team - Team
• Note - AU, MEM, SN##
• Note2 - <letter>

You may also provide more info in Note2 like "Patch is the letter <letter>"
