I just uploaded the images for card #135. Problem is that all checklists I can find says it is Cal Ripken; the card I have is Ken Caminiti. As you can see on the back image, the card I uploaded is #135. Anyone know of such an error or is it an error in the checklists that are out there? Help would be appreciated.

Ripken is 135.
Caminiti is supposed to be 115, but is also 135.
I just edited the Notes to show the UER and reason. Please upload Ken to 115.

Ken Caminiti is supposed to be #115. Not sure if they corrected and actually made a #115. Upload your Caminiti images to card #135a Ken Caminiti UER and then have Admin remove the other images.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I believe Admin told me cards are supposed to be listed by the card number printed on them. I'll double-check with them.

I haven't been able to find any reference to any such error neither in any reference publication. Anyone on Beckett? I think the norm is that it would be listed as #135 UER and in the notes would be explained that it should be #115

You guys are right - Admin should delete the entry for 115. (However, there are other sets where the intended number is the number listed. We need to fix them when we find them again!)

Reminds me of suggestion. I've seen this done at other site's checklists when there is skip numbers. They put "Never Released", "Not Printed", "Not Used", or similiar for card numbers that were never actually printed. I always thought that in an instance like this something like, "See card #135" in the Name field would be helpful.

I reported it to Admin, explained the issue and that there were now 2 entries for Caminiti's card but left them to decide which one they wished to use. I know of another similar issue with a Canseco card in the1992 Stadium Club set. It is numbered #370 but should have been #597. # 597 was never issued (so if you are holding an incomplete set with that one card missing, you will never complete it - or it is complete, whichever way you wish to look at it).
I am just surprised that almost 20 years after this Finest set was issued, no one has ever made the realization.
