1999 Donruss Preferred QBC Football Forum

does anyone know what the numbering on the 1999 Donruss Preferred QBC Autographs refers to?

15 card set that appear to be serial numbered, in the way that Donruss did their serial numbering in the 1995-2005 time frame

but, there is only one three digit number

my guess is, for some reason, they only numbered the numerator, and the denominator, representing the print run was strangely left off the card.  

if I am right, does anyone know the print runs for submitting an IR to add a PR note to the database?

They do appear to be individually numbered, so iff the cuff I'd say SNxx is more appropriate than PRxx. I did not find a source listing the number of each card or even if they are all the same, but a quick look at those pictured on ebay and on COMC suggests most have over 500; the highest number I saw was 629.
