1991 Pro Set WLAF World Bowl Combo Football Forum

Is there a difference between 1991 Pro Set WLAF World Bowl Combo and the WLAF Insert cards other than the quantity of cards.  Looking at the cards scanned in I'm not seeing anything to tell me which of the cards I actually have.

Do you have a link to the other cards you're referring to?

I'm pretty sure Aussie Wayne is a hardcore Pro Set collector, and he scanned the Combo images.  I bet he can answer this question for you.

Chuck, the combo set is these plus the helmets, numbered continuously, without the helmets starting over at 1.

The "1991 Pro Set WLAF World Bowl Combo" was a reissue of the different inserts, with some changes.  Here's from Beckett:

With a few subtle changes, this 43-card standard-size set is a reissue of the 1991 Pro Set WLAF Helmet and 1991 Pro Set WLAF insert sets. The first 32-cards are identical to the 1991 Pro Set WLAF Inserts set, except for cards #26 and #28, so those have not been listed below. However, the helmet cards have been re-numbered and can also be distinguished on the back by the presence of a team narrative instead of a team schedule so those are priced below. Finally a newly created World Bowl Trophy card was added to round out the 43-card set. The set was passed out to attendees of the World Bowl Game.
