Heritage - Artist's Proof Topps Gallery Heritage Card Art - Topps Gallery Auction Randomly inserted into 1999-00 Topps Gallery packs were certificates with varying amounts of points. The points could be accumulated and used to bid on 1 or 10 players. The person who bid the highest amount on each player would win the original artwork for that player. The next 175 highest bids (out of all the auctions combined) would win a consolation prize of a 10 card set that was signed and numbered by the artist whose art is depicted on the card. The sets were produced from the 10 subjects appearing in the Topps Gallery Basketball Heritage Insert Set. |
