A vintage baseball set collector for 40 plus years  I have started using TCDB to collect modern Topps and Heritage team sets of the San Francisco Giants.  From a player collection standpoint I focus on

1. Willie Mays, I have set a goal to reach 660 unique Mays cards by the end of 24 in honor of Willie's career home run total and jersey number.  As of May 1, 2024 I need 40 to reach my goal, so I am looking forward to many trades this year.

2. Ted Williams

3. Willie McCovey

4. Will Clark (only as a Giant)

5. Buster Posey

6 Barry Bonds (only as a Giant)

I prefer post war cards to be crease free in the VG or better range and will accept lower conditions on pre war.  My 60,70 vintage will be crease free otherwise I will let you know.  I have vintage cards that have been appreciated but not always kept in sleeves and top loaders.  Don't expect perfectly sharp corners but I will typically let you know if they are rounded or bent.  I list cards I would have in my sets as a collector not an investor.

I typically prefer small trades that can be safely conducted PWE consisting of 15 cards or less.  Please make sure trade offers are worthy of the required postage.  I am sorry but a 2024 base common isn't worth my card plus a forever stamp.   While I have many cards listed on my waitlist I do not need to check them off in one trade.  I have collecting priorities on which I focus and change over time.  Additionally, how much fun would that be if you cleared your want list list all at once.

I haven't ripped any wax since 1993 so I don't have much modern stuff to trade but I am always looking to help a fellow collector out with their projects because that is what the hobby is about.

My 3rd Anniversary on TCDB.  Like many, COVID gave me more time to get back in the hobby.  Over 600 trades completed and many new friends made.  I have achieved my goal of making Yankee sets from every year 1980-present!

My new goal that is rather impossible is to trade all my non-Yankee cards for Yankees. So send your offers, please.

Been collecting sports cards (off and on) for over 50 years.  Still adding cards as I get a chance.  Willing to sell or trade.  Also have many unopened 2021 products - Topps and Donruss.

Looking to complete Yankee sets from 1980s to present. DONE

Minor Leagues - all Yankee affiliates and Erie Seawolves (Tigers AA)

All baseball cards to build sets.  I'm not into buying multiple players as investors and discourage trades with people who want multiple cards of superstars or rookies. I will gladly trade one of each but not multiples of the same card,  If you request multiples and I overlook the multiple quantity when I Accept your Offer, I will only send one card but will notify you via message of that fact.

I have complete sets starting with the '51 Topps Red Backs, '52s except the last series, then '53 through current "base sets" except for a few dozen total.  I'm trying to fill in those few by trading, so if you have something I don't, please suggest a trade.

Again, If you're an investor looking for superstars and rookies, please look elsewhere for trades as I prefer to save those cards to serious collectors who need those cards to complete their sets.

I have football, basketball, hockey, soccer and other cards to trade and am working on getting them all loaded into this database.  Feel free to message me with your wants even if you don't see them listed.

I also have some complete sets (hand-collated) available for sale:  Please make offer on each.
  Topps 1986
  Topps 1987
  Topps 1988
  Topps 1989
  Topps 1990 hand collated set
  Topps 1990 Factory set

  Upper Deck 1990
  Donruss 1991 Factory set
Upper Deck 1992 All-Star FanFest Box Set (54 cards) $10.00

...and some "Starter Sets" that are incomplete:

  Donruss 1986 (41 missing)

  Fleer 1990 (7 missing)
  Topps 1983

I LOVE TO TRADE!

    I LOVE TO TRADE!

I collect Chicago Cubs team sets. Currently I have base sets from 1951 - present (mostly Topps). Right now I'm collecting other brands and non-base sets. I love those junk wax era cards.

Prefer PWE trades!  But not a requirement.

Trades of any size are welcome!

I'm very easy to work with. I don't have any rules. So anything and everything is up for consideration.

I promptly respond to all offers.

I won't leave you hanging for days, even if it's just to let know I'm looking at it.

Hi!  My name is Joe Schuld.  I'm 62 YO and I live in NJ.  I am married and have 6 children ranging from 29 YO to 18.  I work as a limo driver so my working hours are not the regular 9-5.  I am also an avid bowler ( bowling in leagues and coaching high school ) as well as trying to do some family geneolgy.  I say this because these are reasons why I am pulled away from tcdb.  I am a lifelong collector who only found tcbd during the pandemic/lockdown.  For years I used ebay but got turned off to them and their handling of Paypal.  I find myself buying less and less these days because of the constant rising prices of new material.

I am more of a set collector than anything although my favorite baseball player is Don Mattingly and my favorite football player is Phil Simms.  I'm a lifelong NY Giants fan and a fan of the Boston Red Sox but I don't necessarily collect any of these per se.  If you have something that catches my interest, we can talk.

I have 10's of thousands of cards available for trade but I am pathetically slow in getting everything loaded here on tcdb.  My want list of sets ( which covers baseball, football, basketball and some non-sports ) is several pages long which is why I haven't loaded it here yet.  Still working on that.

I am more than willing to trade in your favor and will gladly send any items first.  If I learned anything during the lockdown, I realized that my kids don't care one bit about my collection.  So I am very happy to trade away to complete the unfinished sets I have piled up over the years.

Thanks!

Joe

Due to some space constraints and needing to down size, I would love to sell off some of my cards listed on my For Sale / Trade List.

I have completed hand collated sets, tons of base cards and a lot of inserts and parallels.

Let me know what you would be interested in .

If you do have something from my wantlists I am interested in trading in your favor.

Still looking for Mike Sweeney & Bobby Murcer I don't have.

If you have any Mike Sweeney or Bobby Murcer cards to trade, please click on my separate collections to see what I have and what I am looking for.

Thanks

Relatively new to collecting (started in Summer 2023)!   Looking to trade to complete my collection of 2023 Topps Series 1, 2 and Update, Topps Heritage, Topps Archives, and Allen & Ginter (2022 and 2023).

My PC is All Tampa Bay (Devil) Rays - 1998 to today, especially Randy Arozarena, Josh Lowe, Brandon Lowe, Yandy Diaz, Evan Longoria, and (sigh) Wander Franco.

I grew up in Montreal collecting cards until I was a teenager (which my mother later threw out, unfortunately). Now, some 40 years later I have begun collecting again! Any size trade is okay with me.

I enjoy a good trade.  I like the 4 to 10 card trade using a pwe. I find that is usually 1 or 2 forever stamps, which keeps the cost of the trade to about 20 or 25 cents a card, same as sportslots, but without the additional shipping!..  I also don't mind larger trades and I'll be adding some wants from some Topps and Ginter sets soon. For these larger trades of mostly commons to fill sets I'd like for them to be a minimum of 100 cards, preferably several hundred cards each way.

I generally am not able to complete more than 1-2 trades a week with my work schedule, and the time it takes to locate cards that have been requested.

I have complete Topps sets from 1969-1992, and a few later sets from the 2000's. I'd like to fill in the gaps for my missing years.   I am very slowly workiing on Topps 1968 set. I'm pretty certain that the Ryan rookie and Mantle card will be on my "want' list for years to come. I don't have a lot of vintage to trade so I'm using Ebay mostly for the 1968 set.   I have all complete Allen & Ginter sets from 2006 (their first year) to 2020 (I'll be looking for complete 2021, 2022, and 2023 Ginter sets soon).  I P.C. way too many individual players to name, although I'm not a "super collector" of any of them.

Top (retired) PC guys:  Nolan Ryan, Ichiro, Frank Thomas, Griffey Jr., Chipper, Jeter, Arod, Ernie Banks, Mantle and the guys from the first HOF class.   Primary newer (active) guys I PC:  Trout, Ohtani, Kershaw and just lots and lots of other guys.

I'm slowly working on Vintage CUBS Topps Flagship Team sets from 1952 to 1967.  That's a long term goal. Condition on older cards not that critical. The older they are the more likely G to VG will suffice.

Main reason for getting on TCDB is to get organized (which is looking like will never happen), and to have all of my cards listed. It'll take me a quite a while to get there, but I am slowly working on it.

Cardinals team set and insert collector. Collecting some random sets as well. Focus has been on 80s Cardinals sets, but those are winding down. I’m also focusing on Topps Heritage and Archives Cardinals, along with 1999 Topps McGwire HR set. But LssUs looking for anything on my list. If I don’t have it in my collection and it’s Cardinals, chances are I want it.
When making an offer, please try to stick era for era, insert for insert, etc. I will occasionally buy, but would much rather trade.
I try to get trades out asap, but Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays are my usual days.
TCDB has been an awesome help in restarting my collection.
Happy hunting.

Thanks for reading my profile. I enjoy trading cards I don't need for those that I do. I've been in this hobby for many years (I remember opening 1955 Bowman packs at our local candy store)! I usually don't pull my end before making a proposal; most times, I'm trying to get a feel for how doable it is, and it saves me from having to refile cards if things fizzle out or if I'm countered.  I will, however, (usually) pull before accepting a trade.  Please counter, if need be!  Communication is key to good trading!   I have some physical limitations..it may take me a bit to pull cards so your patience is appreciated!

1.  My top priority is completing sets.

2.  Recent Phillies teamsets and inserts.  I do multiple teamsets to help local Philthies Phans!

3. Older Phillies teamset needs..all brands.

As mentioned, I love to trade, will reluctantly sell ... cheap, if we cannot swap!  PLMK what I have that you can't live without!  Phillies is my team, through thick and (mostly) thin!  PWE trades are great and assumed unless we agree otherwise - bubbles used if worth the shipping costs!  Slowing down though - the old body won't let me hoss those 5000 count boxes too much - thanks in advance for your patience with me!!

-Allen Craig

-Tony La Russa

-Shane Robinson

-Brendan Ryan

-Mike Shannon

-Jake Lamb

-Walt Disney/Disney Parks

I am also working on completing several Stl Cardinals team sets:

-1998-2000 Pacific Revolution full parallel run (no inserts)
