Distributed in two series: #1-300 has a glossy finish and "First Edition" printed on the front, while Update #301-500 is matte (non-glossy) and does not have "First Edition" on the front. The factory set is all matte and the first 300 cards are listed as a parallel under Inserts/Related.
Upper Deck First Edition - Factory Set
500-card set printed on matte (non-glossy) card stock. #301-500 are identical to the base (pack) set.
Upper Deck First Edition - StarQuest Green Common
Inserted one per pack. #SQ-1 through #SQ-30 were distributed in the original series and #SQ-31 through #SQ-60 were distributed in the Update series.
