- The Signature Collection insert was originally scheduled to be included in a 1999 Upper Deck Road to the Cup Checkered Flag product that was eventually cancelled. The cards are very similar to the ones released in 1999 Upper Deck Road to the Cup, but these have a "CF" Checkered Flag logo in the upper right corner, and the round photos on the front are slightly different.
