- Card #124, which was supposed to be Jose Lopez, does not exist.
- Some of the autographed "Ticket to the Majors" subset cards weren't returned in time to be included in the set, so they were offered as exchange cards instead. Unfortunately, three months after this set was released, Fleer went bankrupt and many of the redemptions were never fulfilled.
