I'm of the opinion that 2012 Topps 661 Bryce Harper, was made in 2 variations of the base card, listed in TCDb as a & b, and also the 5 card factory set variation, but was not made in any parallel border colors.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason why the SP's (###b, c, etc.) have SP and VAR for the lower numbers in the set, but the higher numbers do not? It is not split along Series 1/Series 2 lines. Can someone fix for consistency instead of an inaccuracy report being submitted for each card?
Does anyone know if this set has any variations in the code numbers on these cards. Series one #36212201 so 201 are the base cards. I didn't pick up Series 2 at all what are the code numbers for base cards in S-2 and #'s for all VAR ?
Been a joy hunting down this set card for card, pack for pack... cant wait till I have my set complete.
There are many, many UER cards in this set that have the Doubles stat line for batters listed as 3B which gives two '3B' on the stat line.
The overall 2012 set is HUGE with all the inserts. But it is a very visually appealing set.
I like this set however, it sure is big may take another life time to finish off. |
