For this edition Topps decided to change the binder to a full cardboard binder, not like the standard binder used by panini and topps.

The extra addition of this set seen topps return to the traditional plastic binders.

This set introduced some new features such as players having attributes like "offside trap" in order to add more detail to the game itself.

Golden Moments were also added to the set this year. These depict the classic moments from the premiership over the last 20 years and features cards such as inamoto, di canio, shearer and many more.
