Cards (3.5" x 2.25") are printed on thin plastic stock with rounded edges. Card edges appear to be perforated but were issued as single cards, not as sheets.

Players in the set that were active on the team during the season had their position listed on the front of the card with a dark blue background, while former St. Louis Blues greats (although I would not describe Kelly Chase as either great or a legend) had the years the individual played with the Blues along with the words "Legends Series" on the front with a silver/gray background.
