Note on pricing. All prices are from 2018 Beckett Racing guide with modifications. Several of the SP Overdrive not priced due to scarcity.

Overall the 1999 SP set is a nice effort sabotaged by some of the weakest insert sets Upper Deck ever put out. The only redeeming insert set is the autographed Sign of the Times.
Interestingly the last card I needed for the base set was not the #83 autographed Earnhardt Jr. but rather one of the commons.
The Overdrive set is one that realistically cannot be completely put together due to the #77 Wallace (x/2) and #79 Earnhardt (x/3). I suspect that those 2 cards will remain on my wantlist until the day I die.

A question about the Overdrive set. I have a couple of the Overdrive with a red lettering on them. Is this another parallel set that is not listed?
