“ A recent (as in since 2000) set that I was board with when I first saw it. This was around the time I got back into the hobby, it was either late 2004 or early 2005 I was partly prompted by the fact that the Expos were moving to become the Nationals. I love the little player drawing at the bottom. I forget how long it was before I realized that those little drawings were the exact pose the player was in. I originally thought it was like the 1973 cards (or 1971 Football) where the drawing was a generic pose for the position. ” -captkirk42

“ Kind of a nod to the '73 Topps set with the mini ballplayer silhouette in the bottom corner. Though, unlike '73, this mini-me is actually an outline of the actual player pictured. I like the design overall, but maybe a tad too much foil? ” -mkaz80
