Year: 1981

Set: TCMA 1962 San Francisco Giants (Rate)

Card: #021 Gaylord Perry

“ The color is just really bad on this card to me. You have a faded looking black and white picture, then a bright goldish/brownish border. Just doesn't look good at all. The back is just bland. I would forgive them for it being a smaller company but I have seen their minor league sets and they look 100x better than this. ” -davidhandberry

“ I feel like I could whip up something like this in Publisher in just a couple of minutes. My version would certainly be less ghostly. ” -AirPete

“ I like what TCMA did in the eighties with their different offerings. ” -kirkscards

“ the doctor of doctoring baseballs!! that ball could do some crazy stuff ” -tonym

“ I like this set. I enjoy acquiring cards from this era when I was a young collector, from sets that I didn't know existed at the time. ” -switzr1

“ Love this set . ” -uncaian

“ Scan originally by ‘dsorek’ and updated by Dave Sosidka. ” -Kirbythedodger

“ Nice 1980s TCMA card. For some reason I don't chase these cards too much, even though they are a nice representation of various teams and players throughout the years. ” -captkirk42

Plain and simple design (merely stating the obvious I suppose). Memorable player at least.
