Do you doubt the sincerity of my needing free cards to help raise money for poor orphan girls that look like Bruce Forsyth?
In all seriousness, though, with the amount of fake scams asking for money or donations, I think many of us have completed tuned them all out as white noise. Even when it is a real licensed charity, there are also too many that you find out about in which those that run them take huge portions of the donations as their salaries. Which also means, many people end up ignoring real charities asking for help.

Subscribing to the "harm reduction" model, i would like to have people send me free cards so i dont have to steal to buy them. That way my kids get to have their dad around to um, ignore them while he sorts his cards.

There is one member on here where I have over 38,000 matches to his want list. I rather burn these cards than even think about giving these to him.

I sent an email to Topps complaining about the price of their 2024 Series 1 hobby boxes and how it makes it hard for kids to collect and they sent my grandson a bunch of unopened 2021-2023 unopened packs, a relic, and an auto. The other companies told us to kick rocks.
