Hello,
I am looking for
fellow Canadians
(to reduce costs
for mailing) who
would be up to
trading hockey and
baseball cards.
What I have done a
couple times is
simply put together
packages providing
what I have
available that the
other person needs,
mailing out first
and just asking
that they mail back
what they can based
on what I sent out.
I don't know about
anyone else, but I
enjoy the blind
trade since
everyone can make
known on here what
they collect, so
people can send
accordingly from
their available
cards. If nothing
else, nice to know
my extras are
useful in someone
else's collection.
Besides, the people
in this online
community have, in
all my experiences,
been great to deal
with.
For anyone
interested, either
post here, or send
me a message - I
have been trying to
look at locations
for members, but I
don't think there
is any kind of sort
or search function,
so thought this may
be an easier way to
connect.

Hi Joe, I'd be willing to take you up on the offer & start some back and forth trading. Baseball & hockey & little bit of football is mostly what I've got to offer. Sounds like a fun way to work on some sets, etc

Sounds like a good thing. That is why I joined this site, looking to find real collectors who wanted to trade. I have posted all of my commons from 1980 and earlier and am slowly getting some fo the other more worthwhile stuff. I am mostly into baseball but do have a bit of all of theotehr sports adn even non-sports to trade. I will try to get more of my want list out there, many commons missing in sets from the 80s and 90s.

KrusherKev -
Since you are new
to the site and
don't have your
cards listed yet,
let me know what
sets, teams or
players you are
interested in, and
we can go from
there.

Canada. BUT I have

completed a HUGE
transaction with a
fellow Canadian.

My first post, and the reason I'm here in the first place!
I'm currently organizing my hockey duplicates -- about seven monster boxes of assorted cards, which I'm organizing by year/brand.
This promises to take a week or two...

Just wanted to say that these posts have led to a number of trades - I am just waiting on a couple packages back but have exchanged a couple thousand cards, filled some holes in people collections, and struck up some good communications!
Glenn - send me a message when you have some info on your wants put in, and we can set something up.

I am an American that loves hockey cards. So I would be willing to trade with some of you Canadians. I'm even willing to eat some of the extra shipping costs on your end by way of trades tilted in your favor. Let me know what you think! I'm a big time Red Wings collector.

I've made a couple trades with CrazieJoe already. Great guy..
Take a look at my lists as well.. I have a bunch of hockey I'm pretty much trying to get rid of.. I'm basically collecting two players in Hockey: Charlie Simmer and Aaron Mackenzie..

Mike67 - thank you for the kind words. You have been great to trade with as well.
Howintensive - although titled "in Canada" I have expanded and done some trades sending cards to the US - costs and timing actually end up being fairly on par with sending within Canada. I'll take a look at your collection, and see what I can put together.
I have to say, it may take a fair bit of time filling in a want list on here, depending on your wants, but it creates a great starting point for being able to match what I have for trade with what someone else wants at the click of a button. I'm so glad to have found this website.
