Apparently the set was intended to be 3 series with 750 cards. But due to Fleer's bankruptcy only the 350 cards of series of series 1 were ever officially released. Some of Series 2 made it out as a "test issue" but not much information is available about how they got out and how many got out. It probably has something to do with the fact it actually not a bankruptcy but a State Court liquidation. Upper Deck acquired the Fleer name and produced Fleer branded cards in 2006 and 2007. I don't know if they acquired any of the unreleased 2005 cards or if someone else got them in liquidation and backdoored them.
I don't know if anyone else has found more info. The most I have found is BCP's page that lists 2 sequentially?? listed cards as Series Two Prototypes (#423 and #501 don't sound sequential to me but that's another story). Sounds like more have since appeared but no indication of how they appeared.

Value will be harder than most to determine because of so little info out there
