I have a transaction #3121 with jssomsel. We both received our cards but he didn't complete the transaction. could admin complete the transaction to get it off my list. He doesn't seem to be around any more. Thanks

Believe it is Jsomsel and not Jssomsel. Looks like he was last logged in 9/10/16. You might want to drop the Admin a line directly.

Been there. They'll just tell you to move it to "unfinished transaction"
