Year: 2015

Set: Topps Heritage Minor League (Rate)

Card: #214 A.J. Reed

“ While I really don't think they need to do a Heritage Minor League set, the card itself is well done. I was already collecting cards for 5 years when he was born. Not too impressive, but I'm only 9 years older than he is. ” -Billy Kingsley

“ I didn't know Heritage made Minor League cards too! That is sweet. ” -RoyalChief

“ Very cool minor league cards. ” -carthage44

“ Sweet heritage! I like this one better than today's random card, as it has writing on the front, and even more goodies (cartoon, blurb, stats!) on the back. ” -dilemma19

“ Like Heritage. Usually loyal to the original Major league sets. It is sort of odd to have a minor league Heritage set, but it is good to see minor league sets done well. ” -captkirk42

“ Down to only 52 missing cards from the '66 set; looks cool, but not interested in the Heritage. ” -RoundtheDiamond87

“ Great card! I love the 2015 Heritage set because the 1966 cards were the first cards I ever bought and opened. It remains my favorite set to this day! ” -twinscollector34

“ My boss's husband coached A.J. in high school at Terre Haute South. National college player of the year at Kentucky a couple years back. He was called up to Houston this summer. Good looking card too. Minor league teams on great vintage card designs. How could you go wrong? ” -switzr1

I like the Heritage sets, but have enough work collecting the majors, not really interested in the minors. Nice card though.

It's hard to ignore sets full of super rookies, but I'm already loaded with base/update sets.  I like the Heritage in terms of promoting classic set designs, but I'd rather collect the classic sets than the Heritage.  I'll let someone else spend the money memorializing the '66T set while I work on completing the last 52 missing cards from mine.

Minor league heritage from 1966 means "no card".

Since I've gotten into TTM autographs, I might have to look into these going forward...is there still a Heritage Minors set?
