I did report the majority of his listings, but got tired and left a few unreported. Although the listing I identified went unsold. I saw that bids were placed on a couple of his other auctions. I also e-mailed the seller and told him what I thought of his practices. I continue to report these type of sellers in order to encourage others to report these type of sellers as well as to help change the culture of allowing people to consider this acceptable practice.
I buy ungraded vintage cards like this on Ebay all of the time. Recently, I received a 1955 Topps Yogi Berra graded high number card, and opened the slab because my collection goes into binder pages. If I ever want to sell some of these type of cards in the future, I'd like to be able to get market rate for them based on more than just my reputation as a seller.
Within the next couple of years, I do expect to purchase a 1968 Nolan Ryan RC, 1967 Mickey Mantle, 1960 Mickey Mantle, 1954 Al Kaline, 1954 Ernie Banks, 1954 Willie Mays, and 1950 Jackie Robinson among many other high value cards in low grade condition. Counterfeit sellers are destroying the vintage market.
