It does ONLY if the all the steps are followed. Package Recieved is when the cards transfer out of one collection and into the other person's.
By the way, I think I forgot to welcome you to the Database!

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

As long as you update your trades as package Sent, package Received, and transaction completed (in that order) cards should move in and out of your collection. Doesn’t hurt to spot check a sample to make sure it worked.

Also, the transaction needs to be done so that the cards are selected from each person's list. If you just type in the card names, that won't pull them.
