I can't seem to find this set anywhere and haven't even been able to find any singles.  It was the last year the San Francisco Giants were linked with the AAA Grizzlies.  Did they not make a set?  Any ideas on how I can find out?

An email to the team store might help. They’re the ones who sell them so they would be the first ones I would contact.

You could also follow that up with an email to whatever company made sets for the previous years (my guess would be Choice). 

Maybe check with David Weber at minorleaguesingles.com . He buys almost every team set every year to break up and sell as single cards.

I have bought from David several times, highly recommended. It is kind of fun buying 'old school' sending a list and see what he finds for you 

I sold team sets at cost to him a few times for my local AAA team to help him out
